How Schiphol taxi flight tracking works
Actie Airport Taxi flight tracking applies to arriving flights only. The driver uses the flight number to follow an earlier or later landing; 70 minutes of free waiting start after the actual landing. For departing flights, the customer chooses sufficient travel margin.

Arrivals only
Enter your flight number for an airport pickup. The system uses the actual arrival to notify the driver about an earlier or later landing. Departing flights are not tracked; for a ride to the airport you choose sufficient margin yourself.
Waiting after landing
The 70 minutes of free waiting start after the actual landing. Passport control, baggage and walking through the terminal fall within that period. If it takes unexpectedly longer, use the contact details in your confirmation; the terms explain what applies afterwards.
Schiphol pickup
Actie Airport Taxi picks up at Departures 3, Door C, not in arrivals or at the railway meeting point.
What to verify
Check that the flight number and date in your booking are correct and use Schiphol's live arrival information. Flight tracking does not replace contacting the operator after lost luggage, a missed connection or a changed flight.
